Two new vids today. One is a form check for my first set of 435×6 this morning, which also happens to be a 6RM PR. And the second is an oldie but goody of me benching 340 for 5 back in February of 2011. I’m posting it because it has the distinction of being an epiphany moment for me. Until that point, I thought I could just out work my diet, but when I saw that, I realized I was getting pretty strong, but still looked like I had never even seen a gym. Maybe you can outwork a shitty diet, but I doubt you can in your mid-30’s while holding down a job, especially when you can eat like I can. Abs are made in the kitchen.
