Cool weird places to check out

  1. Georgia Guidestones
Ultra-strange story and a pretty cool set of “commandments” nestled in the middle of nowhere.

  2. The Great Blue Hole
Big almost circular “pit” in the ocean in Belize. Strange looking as hell, but a popular place for divers. Really freaks me out.

  3. Victoria Falls
Yes, you can swim right at the edge of the largest waterfall in the world. Land of the Lost, here we come…

  4. Petra
One of the New World Wonders, Petra is an ancient city beautifully carved from the side of Mount Hor in Jordan. Every time I look at the hand and footholds in the rock and think of the tools the people used to carve the city with, I am absolutely blown away by the detail and perfection in the carvings.

  5. Machu Picchu
Another New World Wonder, Machu Picchu is an Incan “ghost village” on the top of a mountain ridge in Peru. I don’t know how anyone can look at it and not be awestruck. Too bad fortifications don’t stop smallpox.
